ORDINANCE NO. 09, S. 2005
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 01, S.
2004 (“PERMIT FEES ON TRICYCLE OPERATION”)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by
the Sangguniang Bayan of Gonzaga, Cagayan in session duly
assembled that:
Section I.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1, s. 2004 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 3 K.03; (F): Rules and Regulations, (
l) ; To provide the operator a reasonable return or
profit and still be affordable to the general public,
the official fare to be adopted shall be a minimum
fee of P6.00 for regular passenger; P5.00 for
students; for senior citizen less 20% of the regular fare
within the poblacion where it is less than 4 km
radius; An additional of P1.25 per kilometer shall
be collected outside the poblacion.
Section 2. Effectivity.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 3rd
day of August 2005 at Gonzaga, Cagayan.
